Fsx Weather Radar
Hi everybody !
I'm actually trying to 'decode' the metar string given by the stations with SimConnect. I have followed the API documentation here (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc526983.aspx#Metar_Data_Format, but I don't really understand the visibility information. Which are the different formats in fact ? Someone can help me to be sure to check and take in account all the different formats ?

XXXKM (for XXX kilometers)
0100 (for 1/16 mi)
0201 (for 1/8 mi)
0402 (for 1/4 mi)
0804 (for 1/2 mi)
1207 (for 3/4 mi)
1609 (for 1 mi)
3218 (for 2 mi)
4828 (for 3 mi)
8046 (for 5 mi)
16KM (for 10 mi)
