With the addition of 8 players at the same time, you kinda have to think about getting this game. Personally, I believe that it only adds more to the fun being able to play with more people. It's adding more to the Mario Party experience. Besides, the multiplayer is really where the game is at.

If there is something bad in this game isn't the 1 player mode because it's really a multiplayer game. I see 1 player mode just like an addition instead of a game mode.
There are some details could be improved. For instance, remove the capsule balls that makes the game in boards slower.

It's a nice piece of gaming. Unfortunately some of the games are a little tedious. The boards are really good fun though and the basement games are really silly and better than most of the N64 version games.The final boss battle in MP4 is great, and it took me awhile to defeat Bowser on his big cube that's floating in who knows where.
